Our Cubaris sp. "Panda King" Isopods are shipped in cups of damp sphagnum moss containing assorted sized juvenile specimines. Panda King isopods are a fascinating group of terrestrial isopods that belong to the genus Cubaris, which includes several species known for their distinctive appearances and unique behaviors. The name "Panda King" comes from the unique black and white coloration on its body, which resembles the markings of a panda bear. Panda King isopods are very prolific under the optimal conditions and will multiply quickly once adjusted to their new environment. Panda Kings are a smaller species of isopods ranging from 1 to 2 cm in length at adulthood. They are mostly nocturnal and are very active at night.
