This is our most professional, highest-grade, and most effective bearing press and install kit we've ever made, incorporating several upgrades and commonly requested additions designed for the professional. Instead of Grade 5 or Grade 8 3/4" threads, Astro’s 78825HD uses a 7/8” thread designed for impact use that meets U.S. Grade 9 (Class 12.9) specifications and uses all fully forged, machined, and zinc-chromate plated adapters for pairing with your modern high-powered high-torque impacts. By popular demand, instead of washers the 78825HD uses a Heavy-Duty thrust bearing designed to use on semi-truck lug stud installs to pair with the 1.25" hex drive bolt head making bearing removal installs require less effort, less impacting, and more results. Replace wheel bearings without requiring post-service alignment as the strut assembly and steering knuckle remain intact. This master kit is suitable for dozens of applications and includes an up-to-date guide.
